This program will focus on bringing together mind and body through Performing Arts & Fitness. The primary focus of these subjects is to enable artists to become more self aware of their physical and mental strength and their response to stimuli, enabling them to boost confidence and find their true creative space. The course material has been developed over a period of 6 years; collecting material from different workshops and residencies across the globe.

How long is it?
2 Days - 4 hours on each day
There will be up to 15 people in the group.

Breath, Emotions and Voice
Breath & Recovery during Training & Performances
Core Strength and Balance
Floor exercises to strengthen core and gluts
Concentration and Balance
Discovering smaller muscles that have bigger uses
Contact and Reflex
Awareness of body and stimuli
Overall, every session will focus on muscle strenthening
Focus on a new muscle mass for proportionate energy distribution
Special classes every alternate weekend
New styles and forms to shake things up
Eg: Dance, Silambattam, Kalari, Rope climbing
