What is it?
Sushi is usually synonymous with raw fish. Vegetarian sushi is just as fun to eat and make!
Sushi making is a concept of Japanese cuisine which is made from sticky rice, Nori sheet and fillings.
It is a fully hands on session and participants will be making their own sushi and perfecting it.

- Making sticky rice from local Indian rice and Japanese sushi rice
- Rolling techniques
- Rolling Nori outside
- Rolling Nori inside
- Rolling without Nori Sheets
- Various veggie fillings and placement of fillings
- The Seafood variations will be given upon request and discussed after the session
