What is it?
A workshop on the French art form of DECOUPAGE on coasters. Decoupage is a technique where printed material is put on to a surface and is completed with layers of paints, varnishes and sealants to create one seamless work of art.

All this in a setting of a neighborhood style pop up.
What you will learn:
Decoupage on a set of 4 MDF coasters
- Understanding the basics of decoupage
- Preparing and priming the base material
- Using tissue paper to decoupage the coaster
- Finishing, sealing and varnishing
What you can expect

Why we love this?
The decoupage rage seems to have caught on and how! This art form does not require one to have any prior art knowledge and even an absolute beginner can create a work of beauty with some guidance on the technique. What's more, once learnt, this technique can be applied on any surface. This technique is ideal for upcycling projects, refurbishing furniture, home decor etc. The possibilities are endless.
