What is it?

Join us for a session on party starters with Chef Payal. Payal will help you cook up a storm of 5 dishes from 5 different parts of the world.

Having worked and studied at the prestigious Oberoi group, Chef Payal wows the crowd with her unique fusion flavours, artistic presentation and plating techniques. 

In this session, you will learn:

  • Techniques of a global cuisine starter menu
  • Presentation and plating for a party
  • Rolling techniques for respective starters
  • Dishes with can be whipped up very quickly
  • All the dishes taught are Eggless and vegetarian


  1. SPANISH - Salmorejo soup shots
  2. ITALIAN - Tomato artichoke and cherry mozzarella on pesto crostini
  3. CHINESE - Vegetables spring rolls with chilli garlic dips
  4. JAPANESE - Asian rice papers rolls with ponzu sauce
  5. INDIAN - Homemade Masala Papdi
    1. Spiced corn and black olives
    2. Cottage cheese
